Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boxborough, MA! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. 


Hours: M-F 9A-6P

Pay: $16/HR


  • Promptly, accurately and efficiently answer and distribute a 150 phone calls per day to 200+ employees with the high degree of professionalism
  • Review and distribute incoming emails to the proper customer success team member
  • Provide updates to customers on order status and tracking numbers
  • Review and enter new orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform administrative duties to support cross-functional departments
  • Perform customer service support tasks such as confirm orders in customer portals and order entry.


  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is required.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
