Job Description

Current opening for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to fill a position within a fast-paced Customer Service Department. Temp to Hire.

Hours: M-F, First shift

Pay: $16 - $18 / hour

Duties:

-Process orders and track fulfillment for collegiate accounts and large retail customers

-Knowledge and understanding of our multiple product lines, policies and systems

-Provide solid customer support to Sales Reps in the field

-Communicate with appropriate team members, sales team and buyers for order placement, licensing approval, return, repair, inventory, etc.

-Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, vendors and sales team via telephone and email

-Act as liaison between Sales and Accounting, Licensing, Production, Operations and Design departments

Job Requirements:

-Proven track record in a fast-paced customer service environment

-Confident, professional demeanor

-Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written

-Proficient in computers; able to quickly learn new systems

-Strong experience with Microsoft, particularly Excel

-Accurate data entry skills

-Great attention to detail

Education and Experience:

-At least 5-years of experience in a Customer Service environment

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
