Engineering company is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support professional. This is a full time permanent position. First shift, Monday- Friday. Compensation is $40- 45K per year.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for providing support to internal and external customers, including phone inquiries, quoting and invoicing

Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone support to customers and staff, answering inquiries and assisting in problem solving
  • Manage all customer quoting for product sales and billable services
  • Process all sales orders and follow the sale through from shipping to invoicing
  • Enter/update customer information and equipment configuration into CRM program
  • Perform dispatching duties and coordination of field staff; schedule Field Support and Clinical Application Specialists
  • Create, file and maintain device history records and correspondence
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Literacy skills with Great Plains and/or SalesForce.com
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
