Customer Service/Sales

13.50/hr

Duties:

  • Answers telephone and handles customers’ inquiries and complaints
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Enters special jobs, i.e. lime applications, core aerations, etc., into the appropriate customer’s account ensuring accuracy
  • Assists service technicians and Area Managers with locating properties or answering any questions pertaining to a customer’s account
  • Performs any other task(s) that are deemed necessary by their immediate supervisor.
  • Proficient in all clerical functions of the Company

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
