- Answering 80-100 calls per day on average regarding services, billing, and scheduling. (Must be thick skinned as some customers are upset over billing)
- Updating customer files in computer database
- General office support when needed
- Processing past due payments with credit cards over the phone.
- Customer service experience required
- Strong computer skills
- Team playerhelping out with other tasks when needed
- Good personality to fit into the small office environment
- Comfortable working with all sorts of customers on the phone.
