Customer Service 
Ayer, MA


  • Answering 80-100 calls per day on average regarding services, billing, and scheduling. (Must be thick skinned as some customers are upset over billing)
  • Updating customer files in computer database
  • General office support when needed
  • Processing past due payments with credit cards over the phone. 



  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Team playerhelping out with other tasks when needed
  • Good personality to fit into the small office environment
  • Comfortable working with all sorts of customers on the phone.
