Customer Service
Walthma, MA

Hours: Mon-Fri between the hours of 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Job Description:

  • Receiving and managing customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and effective manner.
  • Provide status updates to customers as requested timely.
  • Perform research on customer issues as needed such as; researching transactions, troubleshooting technical errors, and other analysis and research as requested by management.
  • Log and track all customer contacts and report daily to management.



  • Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience
  • Proven reliability, able to take ownership of work
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience; works with integrity and care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task; working on dual monitors, talking and typing simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and ability to switch gears
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel), and experience with internet based systems.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent or Associates Degree preferred
  • Available to commit to an 11-8pm , M-F shift long term
  • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
