Moderate/solid Excel skills
MS Office – Word and Outlook
Self-starter/takes initiative
Creating and maintaining various Excel sheets used to support customers and sales staff.
Processing customer orders and tracking progress through confirmation of shipment.
Keeping track of production to make sure key orders ship on time.
Email communication 50+ per day
Customer service phone support including order taking and problem solving.
Communication with production and shipping departments in order to enter, track and make sure orders ship on time.

Looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail.
Needs to know how to merge Excel sheets together.
