Customer Support Specialist
New Haven, CT


  • Provide consistent and quick responding assistance to all customers
  • Process returns and provide product replacements within appropriate expected time
  • Respond to any questions related to pricing, orders, product availability, shipping, returns, etc
  • Effectively respond to external customers as well as internal colleagues from various departments


  • A Bachelor's of Science Degree or at least 3-5 years' + experience in lieu of degree
  •  Past customer service or inside sales experience, coming from a Mfg environment a major plus
