Executive Assistant

  • Administrative support to the VP of the department
  • Calendar management
  • Booking travel, appointments, and meetings
  • Completing Excel spreadsheets/projects
  • Drafting and editing documents/memo's
  • Screening calls, replying to emails, and follow ups
  • Organizing meetings between multiple departments


  • 2-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executives
  • Experience with maintaining schedules and calendars
  • Microsoft Office - mostly Excel and Word
  • Strong computer skills
  • Professionalism
  • Strong communication/phone skills
