Financial Analyst
Boston, MA


  • Conduct industry research and perform individual company analysis
  • Analyze, evaluate, and interpret appropriate financial and operational data for acquisition opportunities
  • Manage M&A pipeline data
  • Manage data rooms and assist in coordinating the due diligence process
  • Develop financial analysis, risk assessments, and models including valuation modeling
  • Assist in all aspects of the deal, including closing & integration activities
  • Subsequent to acquisition close, act as a key liaison with the internal functional departments to provide necessary information
  • Collaborate with the FP&A and Accounting teams on financial reporting pertaining to acquisitions
  • Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive reports and management presentations
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related major
  • Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis experience
  • Ability to coordinate and manage projects, be proactive and deadline-focused
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Significant level of professionalism and maturity and the ability to work as part of a small team
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and teams within the organization
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, challenging work environment
  • Self-starter and quick learner
