Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for analyzing Regional and Office-level financial and operational results to gain a detailed understanding of the current business conditions and develop recommendations to improve business performance. The Financial Analyst will also provide analysis for specific requests from Regional and Office Leaders of business results.



  • Deliver regular Regional and Office-level reporting (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly)
  • Provide meaningful variance analysis to budget, forecast and prior year on an actual and pro-forma basis
  • Monitor Regional and Office-level key performance indicators (financial and operational), highlighting trends, analyzing causes of unexpected variance and identifying key takeaways to help achieve business objectives
  • Work with Regional and Office Leaders to develop forecasts and projections
  • Partner with Regional and Office Leaders to develop annual Budgets to ensure reasonable results
  • Liaise with Regional and Office Leadership to identify and develop and deliver key reports to assist with analysis and decision making – regular contact/meetings to understand business and changes etc.
  • Liaise with other Corporate teams and departments (e.g. Corporate Accounting and Human Resources) on a regular basis to fully understand Regional and Office activity
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support Regional and Office-level strategic initiatives
  • Examine and analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to Regional and Office Leadership for decision making purposes
  • Support Regional and Office Leadership with in-depth analysis and special projects
  • Regular review of data to identify errors, etc. especially for correct sales compensation reporting
  • Calculate individual true-ups for those in your Region and Offices, in accordance with employee agreements, and provide to Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in finance or accounting including experience within: analysis including P&L analysis, forecasting & budgeting, working with large data sets, creation of excel templates, automation skills, and strong time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exposure to other financial reporting software understanding user interfaces to run reports
