Front Desk Receptionist/Admin
Milford, MA
16-17/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and transfers phones calls; fielding incoming calls, following up with some outbound calls
  • Greet guests, communication information to staff as needed
  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Distribute deliveries made to the front entrance
  • Monitor office and kitchen supplies (order when necessary)
  • Reorganize common areas as needed
  • Support in-office meetings (order lunch, reserve space, set up rooms etc.)
  • Tracking employee time off
  • Event planning (Holiday parties, scheduled celebrations etc.)
  • Maintain contact information and distribution lists
  • Administration of employee cell phones
  • Maintain supplies for office equipment
  • Maintain lobby PowerPoint slide w/company information, visitor welcome messages etc.
  • Assist A/P with check runs when requested (put/match back up, mail etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Strong personality a must, will be first person people see when entering
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist/Admin (at least a year)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, doesn’t need to have advanced skills but would be a plus
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong organization skills, comfortable with multi-tasking
