HR Customer Service Representative
- Hours: M-F 9-5 OR 10-6
- PAY: $18- 19/HR
- Support incoming calls. Includes responding to inquiries, navigation and troubleshooting support for internal Managers using new modules in the companies Talent Management System.
- Document summary details of the call in Service Now (case management tool).
- Will need to be comfortable using multiple systems on a daily basis including Service Now, Oracle, and Talent Management System (supported by Success Factors).
- Hours will be either 9-5 or 10-6. Potentially some Saturday hours as well.
Pay: $18 to $19/hour
