HR Manager

  • Development of pro-active and positive employee relations
  • Recruiting and Staffing
  • Compensation administration
  • Performance management and improvement systems, including job evaluation and merit plans
  • Organizational development and employee training
  • Supervision of HR personnel and management of all personnel record keeping and employee services.
  • Establishment of applicable company policies and operational procedures
  • Development and implementation of compliance programs with respect to applicable government laws and regulations affecting employment (including EEO, OFCCP and wage & hour)
  • Benefits administration and employee wellness
  • Company, employee and community communications

  • BA or BS degree in Human Resources or Business degree with a HR concentration and approximately 6-7 years of related HR experience
  • Strong recruiting background with a minimum of 3 years of HR management experience
  • Ideal candidates will have supported multi-site facilities and have manufacturing industry background
  • Strong computer: including ADP Workforce Now, ATS tools, Excel and PowerPoint abilities are necessary
