Inside Sales Admin
Marlborough, MA

Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Research price and delivery options with suppliers
  • Develop rapport with Inside and Field Sales
  • Track open customer orders and expedite with suppliers, obtain price and delivery quotations from vendors. Follow up with vendors who don’t respond in a timely fashion
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of culture, sales, and product lines in preparation for promotion into Sales and/or Customer Service role.
  •  Assist in general office duties
  • Become proficient with computer procedures relating to sales
  • Perform data entry for the functions required by the position

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales, or other related fields or college education
  • Ability to build rapport with suppliers and sales teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Outlook
