  • Be creative and develop solid sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates for the warehouse and customer service contact center hourly workforce to include for example:
    • Building a relationship and programs with local universities
    • Develop a relationship with community and social organizations
    • Solidify an attractive marketing strategy for local riders/barns
    • Enhance current internal incentive programs
    • Identify, coordinate and appropriate job fairs and events
    • Inspire everyone to be a recruiter by attending team meetings and partnering with leadership on all of the above
  • Source, identify, prescreen and qualify candidates prior to face to face interviews
  • Present an accurate description of the position as well as company history to prospective candidates
  • Update candidate records via company Applicant Tracking System to maintain current accurate information
  • Utilize the ATS, employee referrals, social media and networking to identify potential candidates
  • Coordinate the hiring process
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)
  • Perform competitive research
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ Years of recruiting experience
  • High sense of urgency
  • Experience in dealing professionally with outside organizations and programs
  • Program management and relationship building skills
  • Confidence and a selling style
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience with an ATS is a plus
