Inventory Coordinator / Customer Service
Woburn, MA
18/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Write up warranty parts
  • Quote repairs
  • Make sure they are being returned and/or thrown out in a timely manner. Most vendors come here
  • Assist dispatcher with quoting of return repairs and contacting customers
  • Ensure stock is at proper levels so techs have what they need when they come in
  • Take inventory lists from techs to restock their shelves with the help of part timer
  • Order stock to restock the shelves to ensure we are never "out" of anything
  • Transfer inventory you stocked from their lists from the warehouse to the trucks
  • Track mileage and ensure techs are provided an alert when they need an oil change
  • Check downstairs warehouse daily to confirm there are no parts waiting for attention to detail
  • Assist with parts/unit delivery
  • Keep spare vans in working order-batteries, oil changes, stickers etc
  • Maintain a sign out sheet for company tools
  • Assist with special projects
  • Keep part timer/helper busy
  • Create excel reports and graphs requested 
  • Scheduling of truck repairs

Requirements/Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail; motivated individual
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable over the phone, talking with different customers/handling various situations
  • Proficient with Excel (create graphs/functions)
