Invoicing Administrative Assistant
Hooksett, NH
17.50-18/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients through account support and administrative responsibilities
  • Assist with data integrity projects to ensure all system information is as up to date
  • Monitor and create control reports
  • Research and gathering of all necessary receipts for credit card reconciliation
  • Purchase order closure and transaction billing to our clients
  • Process all correcting entries for accurate billing to our clients
  • Record keeping, data entry, copying, filing, and scanning of all backup documentation
  • Process all administrative fees
  • Solve business client concerns
  • More administrative heavy vs. customer phone interactions
  • Working in CRM/Salesforce and propriety software

Requirements:

  • Invoicing, Customer Service or Business Administration Background
  • Accounts Receivable experience
  • Education level: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required?
  • Experience working with some sort of CRM software
  • Strong Excel skills
