Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join a manufacturing company in Norton, MA with

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance for PC hardware and software, mobile devices, and network services
  • Provide expert technical user and POS system support to internal clients for corporate office and 200+ retail stores
  • Partner with multiple internal teams to successfully deliver and execute
  • Aid with implementation of new store systems
  • Provide documentation of support related issues and systems

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of computer hardware and software
  • MINIMUM 4 years work experience in a fast-paced technical support role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Full Time Monday-Friday with a rotating Saturday shift

$28-$30HR
