IT Tech Support Rep
Worcester, MA


  • Handle tech support calls. About 50/50 inbound and outbound calls
  • Create tickets
  • Desktop end-user support
  • Firewall configuration
  • Wireless networking
  • Provide on-site support as needed to regional clients (some travel ~20%)


  • At least 2+ years experience in help desk/desktop support
  • Experience with firewalls (Sophos, Watchguard)
  • Experience with Office migration
  • Tech certifications (like CompTIA, A+, or Network+) would be a plus
  • Communication skills a must
