Bolton, MA
Pay: $17/hr
Hours: M-F 9-6

Duties:
  • outbound phone prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • qualify prospects over the phone
  • maintain and update accurate log of activity
  • ongoing and current knowledge of customer service sales procedures and best practices
  • identify opportunities for prospects to learn more about solutions by asking leading questions
  • act as a conduit between marketing, sales, and customers or prospects
  • meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics with volume and quality of leads generated
Requirements:
  • previous experience in customer service, technology industry, inbound/outbound phone calling highly preferred
  • ability to initiate high-level interactive business conversations with key decision makers
  • team player 
  • highly motivated, driven and results oriented, ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
