Medical Customer Service Representative
Exeter, NH


  • Review & Resolve benefits questions regarding medical, dental vision, flex spending, and COBRA in a 1-call resolution strategy (no follow-ups/escalations)
  • Ability to quickly research benefits/plan info. for the patient/customer calling in
  • Understanding of deductibles, co-pays, coverage networks, etc.
  • Act as go-to resource for benefits questions for Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • Work urgently, efficiently and professionally


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Phone-based Customer service experience
  • Healthcare or med insurance
  • Strong Computer Skills-Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Prior health care experience
  • Knowledge of EOB terminology/documentation
