Office Assistant
Framingham, MA

Primary Duties:

  • Downloading all orders from the website
  • Billing credit card orders
  • Removing Purchase Orders (POs) from fax machine
  • Reading each carefully and determine what folder they should go into (a PO with that is correctly completed goes into one folder vs a PO incorrectly completed goes into another and will need communication with sender)
  • Scan invoices, etc. to the Cloud
  • Fold and send invoices for USPS mailing.


  • Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Dependable and punctual attendance
  • Flexible in terms of job duties - we are small and shifting of tasks is a must.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
