  • Perform general office management duties ie. scheduling, answering phones, scanning, filing
  • Purchase materials for the office and coordinate and manage shipping
  • Manage vendor relationships for office suppliers and assist with new vendor account set up
  • Assist Accounting with coding and entering Accounts Payable and Expense Report activity
  • Serve as the executive assistant to the CEO on an as-needed basis for travel arrangements
  • Proactively manage CEO’s calendar with the ability to schedule and prioritize meetings, resolve schedule conflicts, and stay several steps ahead to manage effectively
  • Arrange corporate social events, including annual retreat and holiday party
  • Support HR activities  - new hire onboarding, maintain HR files, maintain benefit provider data
  • Act as in-house IT desktop support and liaison\problem solve with external IT support vendor



  • Bachelors degree + 3 years prior experience in an office manager role
  • Basic accounting skills, experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with IT desktop support of pc’s, peripherals and network server
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism
  • Professional, courteous and mature demeanor
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Calendar management and travel planning
