Job Description

Primary Duties:

 

  • Answering phones filing doing some scheduling
  • Managing email and workflow of office
  • Running office they don’t micro manage
  • Workflow management including receipt and organization of incoming client materials and mail tracking
  • Communicating with clients and making sure calls and appointments get to right personnel
  • Putting a few tax returns into system(no software needed will train) on this end  

 

Requirements/Experience:

  • Must have QuickBooks and Microsoft suites knowledge.
  • 2 plus years office management a must
  • Looking for someone seasoned that would be a good fit in a small of office
  • Huge plus if they worked in prior cpa firm (Not a Must)

light bright upbeat and be able to multi task.
