Operations Assistant

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of administrative/professional work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook (MS Access and use of mail merge templates is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal direction
  • Capable of moving large quantities of printed materials and paper with hand truck and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred



  • Assume responsibility for multiple aspects of customer document preparation and fulfillment
  • Maintain an ongoing and accurate schedule of regular mailings as well as, exceptions to standardized mailings
  • Utilize email templates to send information to guests
  • Consistently meet mailing deadlines as designated by departure dates
  • Provide assistance in preparing departmental reports and other documentation
  • Maintain excellent physical organization of materials and fulfillment area
  • Responsible for the inventory, unloading and stocking of supplies and printed materials
  • Assume other responsibilities as required
