Paralegal/ Contracts Administrator
Framingham, MA
25-28/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating the terms of a variety of legal contracts
  • Administration of contract process including internal contract tracking system, to assure that agreements are negotiated, approved, executed, and filed in accordance with company and departmental objectives and policies
  • Support of General Counsel in transactional projects and regulatory submissions and filings
  • Occasionally performing legal research and legal writing
  • Assisting with other general corporate legal matters, including employment and real estate matters
  • Providing general administrative support as required

Qualifications:
  • B.A. or B.S. (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment managing the contract lifecycle; in-house experience is a plus
  • Experience drafting and negotiating contracts; strong working knowledge of contract structure, terms, and provisions
