Patient Relations Rep

Primary Duties:

  • Provide Customer Service to Patients
  • Correspondence with patients
  • Obtaining payments
  • Educate caller on financial plan and setting up a monthly billing plan



  • Previous Call Center or Customer Service within Healthcare or Medical Field
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
  • Strong  customer service skills (medical field)
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast paced atmosphere
