Patient Relations Rep
Nashua, NH

Primary Duties:

  • Answering inbound phone calls from Patients
  • Following up with patients/providers as needed
  • Resolving customer issues in a friendly and efficient manor
  • Problem solving and answering inquiries about billing accordingly
  • Assisting with various administrative/clerical tasks
  • Data entry
  • Communicating with other departments
  • Taking payments


  • Medical customer service experience preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Great Computer skills
  • Ability to learn the internal software/ system
  • Understanding of Medical Terminology is a plus
