Payroll Coordinator
Worcester, MA
23/hr

Duties:

  • Bi Weekly processing of payroll for around 160 employees
  • Taxes, benefits, and other deductions
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Reviewing employee errors for accuracy
  • Answering general payroll questions for employees
  • HR administrative support at different times (mostly assisting with paperwork)

Qualifications:

  • Payroll processing experience (only person handling payroll)
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Ability to work independently
  • ADP Workforce Now
  • HR experience a plus
  • Strong computer/admin skills
  • Attention to detail
