Receptionist/Administrative Assistance

Responsibilities:
  • Primary Phone Coverage & monitoring general voicemail box
  • Process Insurance Payments - both over the phone and in person
  • Daily scanning of multiple documents
  • Using Postage Meter to post all outgoing correspondence and bring to post office
  • Open, sort and distribute daily incoming mail
  • Take information for insurance certificate requests
  • Manage office supplies
  • Printing policy documents from carrier websites
  • Take information for auto, home and or commercial insurance quote requests if agent not available
  • Track all registry transactions with RMV runner
