- Primary Phone Coverage & monitoring general voicemail box;
- Process Insurance Payments - both over the phone and in person;
- Daily scanning of multiple documents;
- Using Postage Meter to post all outgoing correspondence and bring to post office;
- Open, sort and distribute daily incoming mail;
- Take information for insurance certificate requests;
- Manage office supplies;
- Printing policy documents from carrier websites;
- Take information for auto, home and or commercial insurance quote requests if agent not available.
- Track all registry transactions with RMV runner.
