Receptionist/AR Clerk
Worcester, MA


  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person/department or answer their question If able
  • Scanning and electronically filing invoices, deposits, and other documents
  • Preparing and posting deposits
  • Electronically depositing checks
  • Sending out monthly account statements by mail, fax, and e-mail
  • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and the Office Manager
  • Complete various duties and projects as assigned
  • Follow all established standards, procedures and applicable laws



  • Familiarity with basic office and accounting procedures
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well with co-workers and follow direction
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
