- Greeting visitors
- Signing for mail/deliveries
- Light administrative projects at times
- Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately
- Keep reception area and conference rooms organized and stocked with water and coffee
- Reserve conference rooms
- Arrange limo and hotel accommodations as needed
- Experience as a receptionist.
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer/typing skills
- Must present well. Have strong verbal communication skills and professional appearance
