Receptionist

Duties:

  •  Greeting visitors
  • Signing for mail/deliveries
  • Light administrative projects at times
  • Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately
  • Keep reception area and conference rooms organized and stocked with water and coffee
  • Reserve conference rooms
  • Arrange limo and hotel accommodations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a receptionist.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer/typing skills
  • Must present well.  Have strong verbal communication skills and professional appearance
