Receptionist

Duties:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Signing for mail/deliveries
  • Light administrative projects at times
  • Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately
  • Keep reception area and conference rooms organized and stocked with water and coffee
  • Reserve conference rooms
  • Arrange limo and hotel accommodations as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of recent receptionist or front desk admin experience
  • Professional phone/communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel/Word experience
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task
