Reservations Consultant / Customer Service Representative

  • The first point of contact for guests and travel agents to reserve their holiday for all of our luxury cruises and tours
  • Deliver an accurate and exceptional guest experience, either over the phone or via email;



  • A drive for delivering an excellent guest experience;
  • Exceptional problem solving skills, accuracy and a high attention to detail;
  • Quick learner and to continually develop within a collaborative team environment;
  • Competent computer skills;
  • Juggle multiple requests in a timely manner;
  • Participate in and adapt to an ever changing environment;
  • A minimum two years’ experience in a customer service or hospitality environment;
  • Experience in travel personally or professionally.
