  • Maintains customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with customers and others in a position to help meet customer needs.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • This role will consist of both administrative functions and account management functions.

  • MUST have 3-5 years minimum of recent Administrative experience in either a manufacturing company or in an Inside Sales Admin role. 
  • Must be comfortable with talking to existing clients about orders and products.
  • Buying/purchasing experience is a big plus.
