- Maintains customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with customers and others in a position to help meet customer needs.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- This role will consist of both administrative functions and account management functions.
- MUST have 3-5 years minimum of recent Administrative experience in either a manufacturing company or in an Inside Sales Admin role.
- Must be comfortable with talking to existing clients about orders and products.
- Buying/purchasing experience is a big plus.
