Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, establish, and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Perform accurate order entry and administrative support on a timely basis for designated Account Executives. 
  • Provide information regarding products, order status, and pricing to customers via phone & E-mail 
  • Identify and resolve customer issues with special attention to business needs 
  • Work collectively with sales team members
  • Assist in qualifying leads through cold calling measures
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships



  • High School Diploma
  • Superior customer service and phone mannerism
  • Previous experience in a support or sales role preferred 
  • Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Likes to work as part of a team, but can work autonomously
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Proficient typing skills and ability to work in a Microsoft Windows environment 
  • Strong oral and written communications skills a must 
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
