Scheduling Coordinator

16-17/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Call Center setting, fielding incoming calls from existing customers.
  • Scheduling appointments for company technicians, based off of their availability and customer expectations.
  • Redirecting calls to other departments if needed.
  • Providing general information on programs and services.
  • General Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
