- Call Center setting, fielding incoming calls from existing customers.
- Scheduling appointments for company technicians, based off of their availability and customer expectations.
- Redirecting calls to other departments if needed.
- Providing general information on programs and services.
- General Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
Pay: $16 to $17/hour
