Job Description

We currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to assist a busy office in Providence, RI.

Currently looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in an office setting who is able to provide administrative support to the department by:

  • Filing, Faxing and Copying Documents
  • Answering Phones and Emails
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Arrange Travel
  • Order Supplies
  • Other Duties as Assigned
The ideal candidate will display sound judgment, and professionalism at all times. He/She will have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer related programs. Must be able to work well independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

This is a temporary/contract assignment but could turn long term for the right individual.
