Job Description

We are currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to temporarily assist a busy office in Providence, RI.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office setting, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and Adobe Acrobat. He/She will be able to work individually as well as with a team and be an excellent communicator. Must be flexible and able to pivot between tasks frequently with ease.

The day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administrative tasks (answering phones, emails, filing, copying, etc...)
Maintain Databases
Oversee department communications, events, and special projects.
Prepare schedules and meeting rundowns
Other duties as assigned

Temporary assignment for 1-2 months but could extend for the right individual.
