Job Description

Job Purpose:
Maintains customer files by entering and updating customer and account information.

Duties:
* Establishes files by reviewing and inputting new account data.

* Maintains file quality by purging duplicate information; combining data from different systems.

* Updates files by comparing changes to existing information; inputting changes; returning variance for resolution.

* Tests data processing by inputting new data and reviewing output.

* Resolves errors with files by researching resources.

* Secures files by alerting personnel of potential security breaches.

* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

* Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
